“Good Tips for Good BBQ”
We compiled some simple tips for starting to do your own bbq at home. No talk of sauce or rubs just yet…right now it’s just meat and heat.
BBQ Q&A
Tonight we will be posting the next video in our series: the BBQBJ “Guide to Good BBQ”. For now, however, we were tweeted a question from @Mackwrestler007.
@bbqbj How much weight did you gain on the BBQ road trip?
A fine question! Well…I, Jason, started at a svelte 248.5 and finished at 251. That means I gained 2.5 lbs.
Brian, on the other hand, is a lucky bastard. He started at 169 (heh…69) and now weighs 164.5. That’s right, he lost 4.5 lbs.
