Dear Internet,

As we’re driving from Decatur Alabama to Memphis, I just wanted to update you all and let you know you WILL get a new episode soon, once the video is imported, I’ll edit something together.

We just left Big Bob Gibson BBQ. It was incredible. We got a really good, long interview with Chris Lilly, that will be going up with other interview footage next week, so definitely stay tuned.

I kind of wish I had thought to pick up a copy of Chris’ book. It looks like he put together a really cool guide about how to start BBQing on your own, and I’m not just saying that because he was nice enough to give us an interview. If you’re looking to give me a chanukah present, that book would be sweet.
